Mercedes C-Class

1. Disconnect a negative cable (-) of the rechargeable battery at the switched-off ignition. It is previously necessary to remove a box of the filter of air of salon.

Before a detachment of a cable find out a protective code of the radio receiver if that is available, address the Section Replacement of the Rechargeable Battery.

2. Completely lower glass and open a door.
3. Remove a triangular slip, address appropriate section.

4. Insert a plastic wedge (1) into the top and lower cracks of the handle of a door and disconnect a slip (2).

5. Turn out screws (arrows on an illustration) in the door handle above and below.

6. Take out a SRS cover (1) from facing.

7. Turn out the screw (the shooter on an illustration) behind a SRS cover.
8. Disconnect an overlay (2) of the door lock.

9. By means of a plastic wedge disconnect a door illumination lamp from facing (1) on a back edge of a door.

10. Take out a lamp and disunite the socket (2).

11. Enter a plastic wedge around clips (the shooter on an illustration) between a door leaf and facing and separate facing from a door.

12. Undertake under facing (1) around an external rear-view mirror and take out facing from internal rubber consolidation (2) up.

13. Ask the assistant to take a door and remove the lower group of switches, address the Section Removal and installation of switches in the doorway.
14. Pull a cable of an internal opener of a door at a cover and extend from the door directing at the handle. Disconnect a cable.
15. Put facing of a door on the corresponding lining.

16. Separate facing (1) in the field of an external mirror at a window frame from the holder of a clip (an arrow on an illustration) and disconnect it on frame perimeter.

17. Raise internal rubber consolidation (1) in a forward part of a frame of a window and disconnect it.

18. Raise through a gap of internal rubber consolidation the external sealing tire at a frame of a window and separate it.

1. Lay the external sealing tire in a groove on a frame of a window and densely press.
2. Lay internal sealing rubber in a groove on a frame of a window and densely press.
3. Press facing of a frame of a window under consolidation on a frame and record. Facing should not lag behind a frame.
4. Ask the assistant to take facing of a door and connect a cable to an internal opener of a door.
5. Install group of switches in facing, address the Section Removal and installation of switches in the doorway.
6. Apply facing to a door, enter a facing edge from above into rubber consolidation at an edge of a window and densely press.
7. Fix on clips facing on a door.
8. Further installation is carried out in the sequence, the return to removal.
9. Attach a negative cable (-) to the rechargeable battery at the switched-off ignition. Establish into place a box of the filter of air of salon. Enter a code of the radio receiver and determine time on hours.
