Dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a lock ring (44h) from an external support.
2. Remove the block of disks (44g) and a disk spring (44f) from an external support.
3. Establish a stripper (072) on a spring plate (44d) and press it until the lock ring (44e) is not released.
4. Remove a lock ring (44e).
5. Remove a spring plate (44d) and the piston (44s) from an external support.


Assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Assembly is carried out as it should be, the return to dismantling. Check a gap between a lock ring (44g) and an external disk (41a).

The size of gaps in coupling of K3 is specified in the table. Adjust a gap by means of a lock ring (44g). Thickness of a lock ring: 2.0, 2.3, 2.6, 2.9, 3.2 and 3.5 mm.
