Dismantling and assembly of the oil pump

Dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Take gear wheels of the pump (22) and (23) of a pump housing.

2. Check a radial epiploon (24) and replace it if it is necessary.

3. Replace a sealing ring (25).
4. Grease gear wheels of the pump and install the pump in a pump housing. Insert a gear wheel of the pump (22) a facet (shooter) to a pump housing.


Assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Assembly is carried out as it should be, the return to dismantling.
