Removal
|
|
|
1. Disconnect a negative cable (-) of the rechargeable battery at the switched-off ignition. It is previously necessary to remove a box of the filter of air of salon.
2. Remove the safety cushion block on a steering wheel, address appropriate section.
3. Put a steering wheel horizontally. Forward wheels have to stand directly. Fix the lock of a steering wheel in this situation.

4. Disunite sockets of a sound signal and disconnect control units from contacts (2) and take aside wires. |
5. Turn out the screw of fastening of a steering wheel (1).

|
6. Disconnect a steering wheel (3) from a steering column (4), at the same time pass electric wires (5) through openings.

|
The contact spiral is not removed. |
|
|
|
Installation
|
|
|
1. Check that forward wheels stood directly.
2. Put a steering wheel on shlitsevy connection of a steering spindle so that tags coincided. At the same time pass electric wires through openings.
3. Join sockets of a sound signal and control units and lay wires as they passed before removal.
4. Screw the new self-stopped bolt of fastening and tighten its moment 80 Nanometers.
5. Install the safety cushion block on a steering wheel, address appropriate section.
6. Unlock the lock of a steering wheel.
7. Attach a cable of mass of the rechargeable battery at the switched-off ignition. Install into place a box of the filter of air of salon. If it is necessary, enter a code of the radio receiver and determine time on hours.
Pass on the car and check:
8. Return of indexes of turn: If the steering wheel is displaced more than on one tooth, reliable return of the index of turn is not provided.
9. Control lamp of "Airbag": Turn a steering wheel against the stop to the right and to the left. At the same time the control lamp of "Airbag" should not light up.
10. The provision of a steering wheel at the movement directly: If the steering wheel costs crookedly though at installation of a tag were exposed correctly, it is possible to turn a wheel no more than on one tooth. At more considerable deviations check a convergence of wheels and adjust it. |
