Coupling

General information

Flywheel, basket and clutch plate

1 — the Flywheel. The surface adjacent to frictional slips has to be cleared of oil and lubricant and not to have zadir. You monitor reliable fastening of the aligning pins
2 — the Conducted clutch plate. The provision of installation should not be changed.

Clear teeth of shlitsevy connection of a main shaft of the transmission and a nave, remove a rust

3 — Press a disk
4 — the Screw with an internal hexagon, 25 Nanometers. Turns away and drags on in stages cross-wise

On the considered models one-disk dry coupling with a diaphragm spring is established.

Coupling consists of a basket with a press disk, the conducted disk, the bearing of switching off of coupling and the hydraulic drive.

The basket of coupling is connected by bolts to a flywheel which is in turn fixed on cranked to an engine shaft. Between a press disk and a flywheel there is a conducted clutch plate which nestles on a flywheel a press disk. The conducted clutch plate is centered through shlitsevy connection with a main shaft of the transmission.

By pressing a pedal of coupling with the help of a hydraulic actuator the bearing of switching off of coupling presses a spring of a press disk. At the same time the disk unloads press and the conducted disk does not nestle on a flywheel any more. Power communication between the engine and transmission is interrupted.

Coupling of all models has the hydraulic drive of coupling. Working liquid on models with RKPP is brake fluid which arrives from the general tank of brake fluid. On models with automated by the check point a hydraulic contour of coupling is a part of a hydraulic system of the drive of control of the transmission.

At each inclusion and switching off of coupling owing to friction there is a wear of frictional overlays of the conducted disk. The conducted disk is the wearing-out coupling element. Its middle service life makes over 100 000 km. Speed of wear depends on loading (the movement with the trailer) and management style the car. Coupling does not demand service since it is plug-and-play.

Engines are equipped with a two-mass flywheel. Such flywheel has the spring damping system allowing to extinguish the tortional fluctuations arising during the operation of the engine. Besides, thus noise level on low turns decreases. The clutch plate at such flywheel consists of a nave, the conducted payment and frictional slips. The damping springs are not established.
